Vetting experience: ARAMCO, BP,  EXXONMOBIL,SHELL,TEXACO,STATOIL, REPSOL,TOTAL, CONOCOPHILIPS, LUKOIL, CHEVRON, ESSAR, RELIANCE, PETRONET, INDIAN OIL, PDVSA, etc. Experience with passing US Coastguard, CDI inspections,  and port controls.  Dry Dock experience: Zhoushan XinYa Shipyard (China), Safine DD, Turkey. Experience in pirate regions. Excellent computer and organization skills. Strengths: Expertise in operating ships. Expertise in supervising ship officers and crew members. Knowledge in creating a budget for ship maintenance and repair. Ability in supervising the loading and unloading of cargo. Expertise in record-keeping, especially with ship activity records and logs.
